CLASS DESCRIPTION

We offer a wide range of pole, exotic dance, and flexibility classes from complete beginner to expert levels. Our syllabus is updated periodically with new routines every term.

All of our courses run on an 8-week basis – 1 class per week, 1 hour per class. Each class begins with a comprehensive warm-up, followed by a detailed break-down of different pole tricks assigned to your level. For choreography-based courses, you will learn 1 routine over the span of 2 months. At the end of each course, the 8th class turns into an in-house showcase where students are welcomed to invite friends and guests to watch their performances.

Spinderella offers a class setting with 14 students per class, 1 pole per person.
